Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut
2 green peppers, sliced
1 large jar pimiento
2 c. celery, sliced
2 c. onions, chopped
dash of salt
Preparation

Cover kraut with warm water and bring to boil; rinse with warm water, once with cold water.
Drain.
