Prune Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. prune juice
1 egg
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1 c. drained, chopped, cooked prunes
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour loaf pan(s).
Measure all ingredients into a large mixer bowl; beat on medium speed 1/2 minute.
Pour into pan(s).
Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from pan; cool thoroughly before slicing.
