Barbecue Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. beef brisket
    1 jar Heinz chili sauce
    1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
    1 (12 oz.) beer
Preparation
    Place meat in flat roasting pan or ovenproof dish.
    Sprinkle 1 envelope soup mix over meat.
    Pour chili sauce on top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for approximately 2 hours.
    Remove foil and add beer.
    Continue in oven for 45 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally with sauce.
