Banana Nut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 small banana, diced
Preparation

Be sure not to overmix batter.
In mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
Stir in butter. Beat together eggs and milk.
Blend into mixture just enough to moisten flour. Do not overmix.
Fold in banana and chopped nuts. Spoon batter into a 12 greased muffin pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Yields 1 dozen.
