Sweet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. whole dill pickles
    1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. pickling spice (located in spice section), wrapped in cloth sack
    1 stick cinnamon
Preparation
    Drain pickles and cut in 1-inch cubes.
    Soak in sugar and vinegar 4 hours at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
    Put in jar with spice sack and cinnamon stick and refrigerate one week before eating.
