Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks (save whites for top)
1/3 c. cocoa
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 deep-dish unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine sugar, cocoa, salt and flour in medium size saucepan. Mix well. Add egg yolks, milk and butter. Stir all up good. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat after the mixture thickens and pour into unbaked pie shell. Cook until done. Top with meringue.
