Sundance Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 flour tortillas
    8 eggs
    2 tsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    sour cream for garnish
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    4 Tbsp. taco sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wrap tortillas in foil; bake about 5 minutes until warm.
    Combine eggs, water and salt in a medium bowl; beat well.
    In a large skillet melt butter; add eggs and scramble until set.
    Remove from heat; place warm tortillas on a large, ungreased cookie sheet.
    Top each tortilla with 1/4 of eggs, onion, tomatoes, chilies and cheese.
    Bake for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
    Top each with 1 tablespoon taco sauce and sour cream.
    Makes 4 servings.
