Hot Cinnamon Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 gal. cucumber rings from large cucumbers * (about 20 large)
2 c. lime
8 1/2 qt. water
1 c. vinegar
10 oz. red food coloring
3 c. vinegar
3 c. water
15 c. water (about 7 1/2 lb.)
12 sticks cinnamon
30 oz. red hot cinnamon candy
Preparation

*To make cucumber rings, peel and slice cucumbers 3/8-inch thick; remove centers of each slice.
