Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Mix hash browns, sour cream, cheese, soup and salt and pepper together.
Spread smoothly in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Pour over with butter or margarine.
Sprinkle with corn flakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly in center.
