Crispy Chicken Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
3 whole large chicken breasts, skinned boned and halved
3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped green onions
salt
1 1/2 c. regular long grain rice
salad oil
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp. double-acting baking powder
3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation

Cook and dice shrimp; set aside.
On cutting board, with mallet, pound chicken pieces to about 1/4-inch thickness.
