Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 stick oleo
    1 can French onion soup with beef stock
    1 can chicken broth
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can mushrooms or a few fresh, sliced
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in a baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Yields a 2-quart casserole.
    This is good with any kind of chicken.
