Cantaloupe Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cantaloupe, cubed
    1 1/2 c. mandarin oranges, drained
    3/4 c. seedless grapes
    3/4 c. diced celery
    15 dates, sliced
    1/2 c. broken walnuts
    iceberg lettuce
Preparation
    Wash and cut grapes in half.
    Mix fruit and nuts together in a bowl.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve in crisp iceberg lettuce cups.
    Top with Cream Cheese Dressing (recipe follows).
    Serves 9.
