Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boned chicken breast, pounded thin
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. water
    1 bouillon cube
    1/2 c. dry wine
    1 lemon
Preparation
    Salt and pepper both sides and coat with flour.
    In 12-inch skillet on medium-high heat, add 1/4 cup olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter.
    Lightly brown both sides of chicken.
    Remove chicken from skillet.
    Add 1 cup of water, bouillon cube, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup of dry wine.
    Return chicken to skillet and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add juice from lemon and slice lemon over chicken; cook for 1 more minute and serve.
