Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. yellow squash
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 egg
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. pimentos, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Cook squash until tender. Add butter and mayonnaise. Mash all this together. Add remaining ingredients, except cracker crumbs. Pour into baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
