Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    5 egg yolks
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can coconut
    1 c. pecans
    5 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, and oil; beat well. Add egg yolks, one at a time; beat well. Sift flour and soda together; add with buttermilk to the batter. Add vanilla, coconut, and nuts. Fold in beaten egg whites. Grease and flour 3-9 inch.
    cake pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
