Black-Eyed Peas And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Hormel ham
    1 can black-eyed peas
    1 c. Minute rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions.
    Mix ham and black-eyed peas (with juice) and salt and pepper to taste.
    Add rice and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve with corn-on-the-cob, bread and tomatoes.
