Batter For Shrimp And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Sift together first 4
    ingredients.
    Add egg, water and oil. Beat until smooth.\tDip
    shrimp
    or vegetables in batter and fry in deep hot oil.
    Will
    keep
    in
    refrigerator
    for at least a week.
