Pasta Marinara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large can whole tomatoes, drained
    1 (24 oz.) can tomato puree
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    chopped or sliced peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini and artichoke hearts (added at your preference)
    1 lb. your favorite pasta
Preparation
    Saute lightly the garlic in olive oil.
    Slowly add tomatoes and puree; stir in spices and choice of vegetables.
    Simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Serve over 1 pound of your favorite cooked pasta.
