Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    8 Tbsp. butter (at room temperature)
    1 c. peanut butter
    2/3 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 egg
    1/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine flour, soda and baking powder. With an electric mixer at medium-low speed, beat butter and peanut butter until smooth and creamy. Beat in granulated and brown sugar and the vanilla. Beat in egg.
    Reduce speed to low and beat in flour mixture. Roll dough into approximately 1-inch balls and put about 3-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Using fork dipped in flour, press crisscross pattern into each ball to flatten it. Bake until edges just start to brown, about 10 minutes.
    Cool on wire racks.
