Best Chili Ever - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, cook beef, onion, green pepper and celery until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
    Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings.
    Cover; simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Add kidney beans the last 20 minutes.
