Oven-Baked Herb Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium size baking potatoes
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation

Slice the potatoes about 1/4 inch thick.
Brush the slices with the vegetable oil.
Place in a baking pan; sprinkle with the thyme and oregano.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
Yields 4 servings.
