Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
3 tsp. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. half and half (cream/milk)
3 medium sliced thin onions
1 c. Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. sour cream
4 strips bacon, fried and drained
Preparation

Pick
pie
shell with fork.
Saute onions in butter and place in pie shell.
Mix other ingredients together, excluding hot bacon and
place
over onions.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Top with bacon and serve with cold fruit.
