Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 lb. Monterey Jack shredded cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a cooking pan.
    Combine eggs, milk, flour, salt and baking powder.
    Beat well.
    Add spinach and cheese to egg mixture; mix well.
    Pour into pan and mix with margarine.
    Spread evenly.
    Bake 35 minutes or until set.
    Cut into 1-inch squares.
