Potato And Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 white potatoes
    1 c. carrots
    4 c. cooked chicken
    1 can celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Peel and quarter potatoes.
    Place in baking dish.
    Cover with grated carrots.
    (Have chicken cooked and diced.) Place over carrots.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Mix both cans of soup with about 1/2 can water.
    Pour over mixture.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes until potatoes are done.
