Rita'S Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 lightly beaten eggs
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 medium chopped onion
Preparation
    Use a large deep, fluted
    dish and drip pan under dish. Cook cut up squash
    and
    onion.
    Crumble
    the crackers.
    Shred the cheese.
    Combine all in
    fluted baking dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour, uncovered.
    Should
    be firm in center when cooked completely.
