Smoked Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. nonfat cream cheese
    1/4 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped stuffed olives
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
    3/4 c. flaked smoked salmon
Preparation
    In blender or food processor, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
    Blend until smooth.
    Scoop mixture into serving bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours.
    Serve as dip for vegetables or spread on bread.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
