Mom'S Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach or broccoli
    1 c. cream cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan grated cheese
    2 eggs
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 pkg. lasagna
    12 oz. Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain, then add tomato sauce, water and salt. Heat to a boil.
    Squeeze excess liquid from spinach.
    In blender or food processor, add spinach, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Blend until smooth.
    In 3-quart baking dish, layer sauce and uncooked lasagna.
    Spread with spinach filling.
    Continue layers of sauce, cheese, lasagna and sauce.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
