Chops 'N Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick pork, veal or lamb chops
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. diced onions
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown chops, arrange in baking dish and salt.
    Sprinkle onions on top, potatoes and salt.
    Pour sour cream over all.
    Cover. Bake 1 hour in moderate oven until tender.
