Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans whole green beans
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    several bits of ham, bacon or smoked sausage
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 heaping Tbsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Drain beans and add equal amount of water.
    In a heavy saucepan, simmer beans with meat and onion for 30 minutes.
