Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. white water-ground cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Generously grease 9-inch square pan with oil.
Heat in oven while mixing batter.
Beat eggs, buttermilk and soda.
Add cornmeal; beat well.
Add salt.
Pour into hot pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
