Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 c. cooked rice
nutmeg
Preparation

In a large saucepan, stir flour into sugar.
Beat in eggs, milk and raisins and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in vanilla and rice.
Pour into greased baking dish; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
