Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. green beans
    4 to 6 oz. Swiss cheese, cut in small pieces
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. grated onions
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. slightly crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Melt butter, blend in flour, salt, sugar and onion.
    Stir in cream and heat through but do not boil.
    In other pan, cook beans until tender, then drain.
    Combine sour cream mixture with beans. Add Swiss cheese and turn into casserole.
    Top with corn flakes. Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
