Diabetic Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can frozen unsweetened applejuice concentrate, thawed or 1/2 can (12 oz.) can
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon (I use less)
6 c. peeled sliced apples
Preparation

Prepare pie crust; set aside.
Mix flour and cinnamon; slowly add to apple juice.
Pour into 3-quart saucepan.
Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until boils and thickens. Remove from heat.
Add apples to hot mixture; stir until well coated.
Spoon into pie crust; dot with some butter.
Cover with top crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. If pie browns to quickly, cover with foil during last 15 minutes.
