Seafood Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lobster meat
    2 lb. shrimp meat
    1 lb. scallops
    1 stick margarine
    2 rolls Ritz crackers
    salt and pepper
    clam juice
Preparation
    In a large frying pan, melt margarine.
    Add shrimp
    meat and toss.
    Add scallops next, cutting into bite size pieces if large. Cook only a minute or two.
    Add lobster meat.
    Pour into a large bowl.
    Add crushed Ritz crackers and enough clam juice to moisten. Salt and pepper.
    Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Also, great for stuffing a lobster.
