Butternut Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium butternut squash (1 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation
    Peel, seed and slice squash.
    Steam in small amount of water until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    While squash is hot, add butter and let melt.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish and bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until congealed.
    During the last few minutes, I add miniature marshmallows to the top and then brown them.
