Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat the eggs at high speed for 5 minutes.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Blend in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Stir together dry ingredients.
    Fold into pumpkin-egg mixture.
    Grease a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan; line with waxed paper and grease paper. Pour batter into pan and spread to corners.
    Scatter nuts on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Run knife around edge of pan and invert on a towel that has been sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Peel off paper and roll while hot, towel and cake together.
    Cool. and remove towel.
