Clam And Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. cooked, minced clams (with liquor)
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3 c. boiled potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch slices
    2 c. stewed or canned corn
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    few grains cayenne
Preparation
    Fry onion in butter until a delicate brown.
    Put in saucepan. Add potatoes, corn, milk, clams, salt, pepper and cayenne. Bring to boiling point. Serves 6.
