Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
1 can cream-style corn (Pride of Illinois)
3/4 c. oil
1 large onion
2 small jalapeno peppers
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. meal
2 eggs
3/4 c. or less sweet milk
Preparation

Mix corn, oil, meal, sugar, peppers, onion and eggs.
Add grated cheese, milk and a small amount of jalapeno juice.
