Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut into 4 pieces
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix flour and seasonings.
    Beat egg and water together.
    Dip steak in flour, then in egg mixture and again in flour.
    Brown both sides in hot oil.
    Cover and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
