Black Bean And Pepper Salad(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can black beans
    `1 green bell pepper
    1/2 jalapeno pepper (optional)
    1 lime
    3 Tbsp. chopped red onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Drain and rinse the black beans.
    Chop the green pepper and the jalapeno pepper.
    Grate the green zest from the lime and squeeze 1 tablespoon juice.
    Combine the black beans with the green pepper, jalapeno pepper, lime zest and juice, red onion, chopped parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; toss well.
