Rutabaga Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large rutabaga
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut rutabaga up and boil until tender.
    Once tender, drain and mash until smooth.
    Mix in beaten eggs.
    Salt and pepper to taste. In separate pan, melt margarine, then stir in bread crumbs.
    Set about 1/2 cup bread crumb mixture aside.
    Stir remaining bread crumbs into mashed rutabaga mixture.
    Top with reserved bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
