Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar or substitute
    1/3 c. Pet milk, diluted with 2/3 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla, rum or sherry flavoring
    pinch of nutmeg if desired
Preparation
    Beat yolk of egg; add sugar or substitute, diluted milk and flavoring.
    Beat egg white until stiff.
    Stir briskly, pour into glass and serve very cold.
    Makes 1 serving.
