Raw Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. ground cranberries (measure after grinding)
2 c. sugar
1 good orange
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. juice (pineapple, orange or cranberry)
2 pkg. plain Knox gelatine
Preparation

Let cranberries and sugar stand overnight, stirring a couple of times.
The next day add juice and rind of orange.
(I put pulp in.)
Get the white stuff off the orange.
Add crushed pineapple, chopped celery, pecans and juice.
Dissolve 2 packages gelatine as per package directions.
Mold, if desired.
