Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped bananas
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 (8 oz.) pineapple (undrained)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs with oil. Stir until moistened. DO NOT BEAT. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup pecans and bananas. Grease three 9-inch pans with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Cool in pans.
