Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, cubed
    3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    5 eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom
    2 c grated cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 pounds sausage, browned
    2 1/2 cups milk
Preparation
    Place bread in bottom of buttered 8x12 baking dish.
    Top with cheese, then sausage.
    Beat eggs, milk and mustard.
    Pour over sausage.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Next day:
    Dilute 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup milk.
    Pour over mixture.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
    May put Durkee dried onions on top for added flavor.
