Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine the sugars, margarine, oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix well until creamy. Add the flour. Place dough in refrigerator to chill, then roll into small balls about 1-inch in diameter. Roll each ball in additional sugar and place on cookie sheet. Press with a fork to flatten. Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
