Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/3 c. onion
    16 oz. sour cream
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until partially cooked.
    Let them cool, then grate
    them.
    Mix with sour cream.
    Combine cheese and margarine; melt.
    Stir into potatoes and sour cream.
    Place in greased casserole.
    Dot with margarine.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
