Mexican Luncheon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    1 c. buttermilk or sour cream
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onion and green pepper.
    Add tomatoes, macaroni, buttermilk or sour cream, sugar, chili powder and salt. Cover.
    Cook 10 minutes on high and 15 to 20 minutes on simmer. Makes 8 servings.
