Pickled Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cauliflower
    1 c. broccoli
    1 c. sliced onion
    2 medium carrots, sliced
    1 qt. vinegar
    1/2 qt. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small hot pepper
    1/2 c. red bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Bring vinegar, water, salt, sugar and hot pepper to boil. Chop cauliflower and broccoli into bite size pieces.
    Mix vegetables; put into jar.
    Pour hot vinegar over and seal.
    Water bath for 10 minutes.
