Heavenly Strawberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 c. whipping cream
1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Combine strawberries and sugar, stirring gently.
Cover and let stand at room temperature at least 1 hour.
Beat whipping cream until foamy.
Add liqueur and almond extract, beating until soft peaks form.
Fold strawberries into whipped cream mixture. Spoon into individual dessert dishes.
Serve immediately.
